From a musical perspective, Pronto Valid’s latest original single, “UK V!BES,” is all about experimentation and adventure. The artists are like scientists, exploring different sonic chemistries to create a fresh and innovative musical landscape. The end result in an artful blend of house and hip-hop elements, which they call “hip-house,” and it proves to be a match made in Heaven.

Pronto Valid is a Chicago-based underground hip-hop artist with a commitment to releasing imaginative, conscious rap. He teamed up with electronic music producer Zeelaa to release “UK V!BES” on July 4th, 2025.

In keeping with the song’s title, the artists drew inspiration from the high-energy house music of the United Kingdom. They also name Skrillex as a major influence on their work, and this is particularly felt in Zeelaa’s contribution. Zeelaa supplies a head-bobbing, foot-tapping EDM beat to underscore the track, which is punctuated by a catchy but deliberately disjointed keyboard riff. Rhythmically, “UK V!BES” is easy to dance to, but the sound is too original to simply fade into the background. It’s a song that stays in your head even after the night is over.

To complement Zeelaa’s house-infused soundscape, Pronto Valid’s hip-hop roots inform the lyrics and vocals. With fast-paced delivery and inventive rhymes, the rapper provides a refreshingly enthusiastic and unpretentious outlook. He describes the triumphs and exploits of someone who has truly mastered the art of enjoying life, letting loose with an abundance of sex, drugs, and partying. 

All in all, with its fun-loving lyrics and futuristic beat, “UK V!BES” is exactly the kind of track that brings the dancefloor to life, and as an innovative hip-house single, it represents a new frontier in both the EDM and rap scenes. Best of all, Pronto Valid’s musical talents don’t end in the studio.
