Introducing SAMBOX and Anita Barbereau, from France. As an experienced music producer and composer, SAMBOX brings rich depth to the music with his skills on the keyboard, piano, and programming. His collaborator, cellist and composer Anita Barbereau, provides the groundwork for her emotive melodies as well as her composing skills. Together, the two dueling styles find inspiration in lounge, pop, chillout, downtempo, jazz, and world music. Working together, they produce things that let us drift into a world of calm, peace, and tranquility.

Now we would like to introduce the latest music release by SAMBOX and Anita Barbereau, “Cocooning”. Come and enter the complete universe where sounds ride each other's backs like waves gently lapping against a shore. Under this pair's tender care, it becomes a wonderland where softness and happiness know no bounds. “Cocooning” was recorded in the home of SAMBOX’s living quarters; the duo filled it with their ambition to indulge the listeners’ ears. When one listens, one hears the serenity within this music. It forces one to open up their own windows; let anything be welcome in through them at any given time—a symphony composed just for you.

Spending years writing and performing as a child, Long Beach native Naomi Cheyanne was recognized for her talents early on. Immersing herself in RnB and Pop genres, Cheyanne’s distinct vocal melodies and intuitive lyricism was easily admired by listeners. Fueling her passion for writing and recording, Cheyanne started an independent music production company known as Smug Sounds in 2020 helping thousands of independent artists through songwriting, music production, marketing and playlist curating.
